ChatWMS is a SaaS application that allows you to have a conversation with warehouse management system in real-time. Our application eliminates the need for a middle person and allows for unprecedented access to your operational data. The mission of ChatWMS is to empower your operations leadership by giving them the ability to interact directly with the data through natural language.

At ChatWMS, our bot will tell you exactly how it got the answer. This helps with 2 things, 1. It allows you to be confident in your answer and 2. Large Language models are still a developing technology, If the bot makes it mistake, it allows you to check it’s work and ask the question a different way.

What do you do with my data?
Chat WMS only keeps user, usage and question data, no data from your systems is kept within our systems. More information about how we handle your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Furthermore, ChatWMS does NOT opt-in to the data sharing option with Large Language Model (LLM) Provider. This ensures that your data is safe and secure. Our LLM provider communication is only available over Transport Layer Security (TLS), and therefore customer-to-LLM Provider requests and responses are encrypted. ChatWMS also does not store customer production data for their own purposes.

ChatWMS also offers the option to not send any data to OpenAI and only return direct results to the user. However, this does limit the functionality of the application.

Can you integrate with my existing systems?
Yes! ChatWMS is Database and WMS agnostic which means ChatWMS allows for seamless integration with multiple database types and your system. We also offer the unique ability to avoid your production database, if you have replication available which ensures that your data remains secure, safe and that your operation will not be impacted. Furthermore, we never store any of your data, giving you peace of mind that all your information is kept safe.

Is ChatWMS Customizable?
Absolutely! We understand that no two warehouses are the same and we have developed ChatWMS to ensure that we are able to capture the nuances that make your warehouse unique. From carton picking, to crossdocking and every custom process that your warehouse performs, ChatWMS is able to understand it and answer questions about it in real time. To do this, each new instance of ChatWMS that we stand up includes up to 40 hours of consultancy work per warehouse to ensure that your system is set up to your specifications. If a process changes and you need the bot to understand the data? we can update the model and you can ask questions about the new data in a hurry.
